Who is the supplier of the vehicles?
We supply all of our vehicles through the relevant UK dealer network of vehicle manufacturers.

Can my local dealer supply the vehicle?
Yes. JK Car Leasing will be happy to negotiate the appropriate discounts with them.

Do vehicles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our vehicles come with a full warranty from the UK manufacturer.

How long are the contract periods?
Contracts range from between 12 and 60 months, depending on the chosen vehicle and contract.

What initial deposit will I need to pay?
Your initial deposit will generally be the sum of three monthly payments, although there may be a minimum of one upfront payment available. You may also give larger deposits in order to reduce the monthly bill thereafter.

Who will insure the vehicle?
It is the customer's responsibility to insure the car on a fully comprehensive basis.

Do you include maintenance?
Maintenance is optional and includes servicing, brakes, exhausts, tyres, batteries and labour. For further details, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Where should I take the vehicle for servicing?
Take the vehicle to your nominated local garage to be serviced by a dealer for the specific car you are leasing. You should also make sure to get the service book stamped and completed.

Do you include roadside assistance?
Yes, we do. All vehicles on a maintenance contract include breakdown recovery service for either a 12-month or 3-year period. For those on a non-maintenance contract, breakdown is normally covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Who should I call if I have an accident?
Unlike our competitors, all vehicles supplied by JK Car Leasing come with FREE membership to our Accident Management Service. Call on 0845 653 2090 24/7 and we will make all the necessary arrangements, or take a look at the Accident Management page for further details.

Do you include delivery and collection of the vehicle?
Delivery within the UK mainland is FREE. Vehicle collection will depend on the type of contract which has been agreed. For contract hire, personal contract hire, contract purchase or personal contract purchase, the vehicle will be collected by the finance company, unless you have decided to purchase the vehicle.

Would I be able to change my vehicle for a different one during the contract period?
Yes. JK Car Leasing will happily organise this for you, although you must terminate the initial contract. This may incur a further charge.

Is it possible to change the terms of contract and mileage mid-contract?
You may be able to do so under certain contract types. Please ask for advice.

What will happen if I exceed the mileage agreed in the contract?
JK Car Leasing will negotiate the lowest charges for you should this occur. You will be invoiced for the excess mileage at the end of the contract.

What if I want to terminate the contract early?
You are able to terminate the contract at any time before it ends. However, in doing so you may incur an additional cost. We aim to keep such costs to a minimum.

What options do I have at the end of the contract?
Depending on the type of contract you have taken out, the usual options include returning the vehicle, extending your contract, or purchasing the vehicle from the finance company.

Is it possible for me to buy the vehicle when the contract finishes?
You will normally have the option of purchasing the car at the end of the contract. Please request a quotation at the time of purchase.
